Tutorials

In this section we present three different tutorials:

• Motif enrichment with pycisTarget using mouse liver ChIP-seq regions: The first tutorial describes how to use each of the pycisTarget motif enrichment approaches (cisTarget, DEM and Homer) in a given set/s of regions.

• Using pycisTarget within the SCENIC+ workflow: This tutorial describes the SCENIC+ pycistarget wrapper function and its parameters and variations.

• PycisTarget on human cerebellum DARs and topics: This tutorial describes step by step how to use cisTarget on topic regions and DARs.
